🚫 1. Non-Returnable Hygiene Policy
- 🧴 Because our indigo powder is an organic, personal-care cosmetic item, opened, unsealed, or tampered pouches cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances to preserve community hygiene.
📦 2. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your parcel arrives in an unsatisfactory state:
- 💥 Torn or punctured powder pouch.
- ❌ Incorrect product or missing units.
- 📸 Action Required: Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 9578197076 / +91 7810053590) with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the outer shipping label and damaged item.
- 🚀 Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a fresh replacement at zero extra cost.
⏱️ 3. Order Cancellations
- 🟢 Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of cost as long as it has not been handed over to the courier.
- 🔴 After Dispatch: Once dispatched with a tracking ID, orders cannot be recalled or cancelled.
💳 4. Refund Processing
- 💵 If a replacement is unavailable for a verified damaged delivery, a full refund will be processed directly to your original payment account within 5 to 7 business days.
